I was a bit sad that the malatang restaurant that was here before was gone, but excited to see the name "Heimway". There's another Heimway in Kirchheim and it's amazing, so I had to try their Noodle House!
The beef noodle soup was great. It arrived warm, not hot, but that meant I could dig in right away. The noodles had the perfect consistency and the beef chunks fell apart nicely. For people looking for some kick, there's chili oil and vinegar on every table.
The homemade iced tea was awesome! Instead of only tasting like sugar and lemon, you could really taste the jasmine tea and it had the perfect sweetness.
The rice pudding wasn't quite my thing but I got exactly what was written on the menu and the quality was good. Also I'm always happy to see more desserts than the usual fried bananas.
The staff was a bit reserved but very nice, especially towards regulars.
It was pretty quiet when I went there (weekday, 18:00~19:00) so I was able to relax and enjoy my dinner at my own pace. I do hope they'll keep getting more guests though!
Will definitely come back. I only wish they offered half-sized portions so that I could try more dishes. The skewers sounded very tasty. Next time!- Service

I stumbled upon this place by chance and had a really excellent (and affordable) lunch here! Homemade noodles with braised beef was fresh and cooked perfectly. Would 100% recommend
